Take Notice that the Salem County Improvement Authority (SCIA) will hold a special meeting on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via Teleconferencing at which time formal action may be taken regarding such matters as may be brought before the Authority for consideration which are reasonably necessary for the continuation of SCIA’s governmental operations. To the extent known, the agenda for this special meeting may include, but is not limited to adopting a resolution authorizing SCIA to enter into an Agreement of Sale and to take all actions necessary to purchase certain real property known as Block 11, Lot 1 and Block 10, Lot 9 in the Township of Alloway and any other business as may reasonably and properly come before the Board.
