The Salem County Improvement Authority (SCIA) is committed to operate in an environment of transparency to the Public. The organization has adopted a policy which currently exceeds the requirements of N.J. S. A. 40A:5A-17.1 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 40A:4-10 and N.J.S.A. 40A:5-48 and guides staff in complying with the recommendations of the Office of the State Comptroller. We are constantly working to establish a high level of transparency and public participation to promote efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.

2020 Meeting Schedule

Regularly scheduled meetings will take place at the Salem County Improvement Authority Office, 286 Welchville Road, Alloway Township, New Jersey 08001.
