Whereas New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et/seq.) requires that notice of bids awarded in 2025 by a governing body be publicly advertised; and
Whereas the Salem County Improvement Authority advertised for and accepted responses for various services for 2025;
Whereas the Salem County Improvement Authority solicited, received, and opened sealed bids for the following: Supplying of Daily Cover, Supplying of Diesel Fuel, Litter Guard Fencing, Purchase of Tana Landfill Compactor through Florida Sheriffs Association, purchase of a Komatsu Bulldozer through Sourcewell, and the Collection, Recycling and/or Disposal for Household Hazardous Waste Countywide Collection Program.
