Whereas New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et/seq.) requires that notice of bids awarded by a governing body be publicly advertised; and Whereas the Salem County Improvement Authority solicited, received, and opened sealed bids for the Hauling, Transporting and Delivering of Leachate and Sewage and the Supplying of Daily Cover for the Salem County Improvement Authority.
